of Cruciferous Kitchen, the healing food movement
behind my book Perfect7Daily Salads, host of the
Cruciferous Kitchen YouTube channel, and now, the
proud founder of Cruciferous Kitchen Magazine.

arthritis caused by inflammation and a lot of food
confusion. I was like so many women over 45, who
needed a way to feel like myself again—without fad
diets or a drawer full of supplements. What I found
instead was a new foundation: a completely brand
new lifestyle built around real food that heals naturally
and still keep a lighthearted sense of humor.
